Warm and inviting you will be most welcome at "Simply 804".

Centrally located, Simply 804 is a fully self contained and renovated 2 bedroom Californian bungalow which will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Relax in the cosy lounge with lead light feature windows, pressed metal ceilings and warm gas log fire for chilly nights. Snuggle up to watch TV or choose from a selection of DVD's and CD's. You may even wish to play a game of chess.

The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and has a built in robe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and the reading room situated off the lounge has a double fold out sofa.
Cot is available when required.

You can prepare all your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 6 place dining setting.
Or, you may choose to try out Ballarat's many fine restaurants and cafes.
Two of Ballarat's largest supermarkets are located within 5 minutes drive.

Light, modern bathroom with shower over bath and there is a separate toilet.

Automatic washing machine and dryer in laundry, rear outdoor deck with BBQ and secure off street parking.
